How it works

Code Red wants to create lasting relationships - with corporate South Africa, with the environment and - most importantly - with schools and female scholars.

The business runs on a subscription basis where we will provide dispensing machines on a monthly rental with the associated feminine hygiene products.

For every pad or tampon a company purchases for its employees, one will be given to a school in need. As part of the subscription model companies can choose to increase the size of their school donation.

What you receive

Our company will install a dispenser/s in your female bathroom that contains 100% cotton organic pads and tampons that are free of charge to the employees.

For every feminine hygiene product that you buy for your employees, one will be provided to a South African school servicing underprivileged children - reducing the shocking absentee rate of 30% of South African girls not attending school each month due to their period

How it works

We work on a subscription basis. Your subscription cost is determined by the number of female employees, the number of bathrooms and the number of dispensers required. For most corporate environments our lightweight dispensing units will be fastened to the wall using strong adhesive (ensuring the unit remains mounted but can also be removed without damaging wall tiles). In more challenging environments a more robust dispenser will be provided.

You will be supplied with six month’s stock (your cleaners can easily replenish the dispenser) and our courier will deliver new stock when required.

Why subscribe

Access to sanitary products is a pressing issue and being part of such a forward-thinking cause will demonstrate to your female employees that you are truly supportive of them during a time that no one asks for, but all women experience.

Being caught unprepared or having no access to sanitary products means that women suffer various endeavours of having to run to the shops taking away valuable working time or having to awkwardly ask their co-workers if they have a spare pad.  By eliminating this stress, you can create a more comfortable and supportive work environment for all employees

Adding to the greater good

A staggering 30% of South African schoolgirls are unable to attend school every month due to their periods. Code Red is determined to decrease this number, and you can play a role in this effort. By providing sanitary products to your female employees, you will not only support them, but also assist schoolgirls who have no access to these essential items at all.

The question shouldn't be why would we offer this to our employees. The

question should be why wouldn't we....?
